In November 2014, the County Government of Nakuru and Signature Value Homes Ltd (SVHL) in developing a minimum of 2,000 housing units in the first instance and thereafter increasing the number of units under the County Housing Program.

The joint venture will include the planning for development schemes, architectural, engineering and other technical designs, implementation, construction and sale of the housing units, amenity buildings and commercial structures etc., in pursuance of a common desire in accordance with a County Housing Programme to provide accommodations.
