SAVL and IGEPE to Develop Amusement park on JV Terms

Signature Africa Ventures Limited (SAVL) and Instituto De Gestao Das Participacoes Do Estado (IGEPE) sign a Project Development Agreement to develop an Amusement park in Mozambique. A suitable land parcel has already been identified for the purposes at Mabor in Mozambique.

The initial master plan for the proposed development is in place. Discussions with an EPC company specializing in amusement rides equipment manufacturing and supply, has been finalized as the implementation partner for this project and the consultant for the project is also being finalized .
