Lopes to Discuss New African-Chinese Paradigm in Marrakech

Rabat — ECA Executive Secretary Carlos Lopes will visit Morocco on 24-27 November, to take part in the 2015 Sino-African Entrepreneurs Summit and meet several Moroccan ministers and high level officials.

Mr Lopes is scheduled to take part in the Summit opening ceremony and discussions on the new African-Chinese paradigm. Other key speakers at this event will include the Côte d'Ivoire Prime Minister Daniel Kablan Duncan, the Moroccan Minister of Industry, Trade, Investment and Digital Economy Moulay Hafid Elalamy, the Chinese ambassador to Morocco Sun Shuzhong and the Rong Feng Group Chairman Wong Ching.
