Cooperation Angola and Spain

The visit of the President of the Republic, João Lourenço, in September 2021, to the Kingdom of Spain gave a "new impetus" to bilateral cooperation between the two States.

On the occasion, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Téte António, considered that relations between Angola and Spain are dynamic and have improved, increasingly motivating medium and small Spanish companies to invest in the country.

At this point, the head of Angolan diplomacy said that, with Spain, Angola cooperates in almost all sectors, such as energy and water, health, industry and commerce and education.

TAAG was created in 1938 as DTA - Air Transport Division of the Angolan Ports, Railways and Transport Services Department.
