Africa: Luis Moreno-Ocampo Bids ICC Farewell
Argentinian Luis Moreno Ocampo will officially relinquish his nine-year position as the International Criminal Court's first ever prosecutor. He is best known for pursuing war crimes charges against Sudan's president Omar al-Bashir and Kenya's 2008 post-election violence cases.
