How much of the nations 2012 have been spent and what is left in the public treasury account from that. Last week was admition from Minister for finance that only 43% of 2012 budget have been acomplished , thus leaving a wooping 57% of the current budget unacomplished. Here's another budget for 2013 to the tune of approx . 5 trillion Naira thrown to go into effect simultaneously without closure to the current budget , what is really going on ? Can the Minister for finance tell the nation how much of the current year budget have been succesfuly accomplished , and give us a breakdown on which among competing category of developemental priority such expenditure have been made. What has become of the outstanding sum of 57 % of the unspent balance from the 2012 budget ?
