Ratings Agency Places Nigeria on Credit Watch
The government is appealing a decision by ratings agency Standard and Poor's to place it on a credit alert, citing amongst others, the uncertainty surrounding monetary policies after the suspension of the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria Mallam Sanusi Lamido, in February 2014.
