I Need a Better Budget to Work - Nigerian Minister Tells Senate
The Minister of Power, Works and Housing, Babatunde Fashola, has told the Senate that he needs a good budget to perform his duties as a minister of the federal government, adding that the questions about how he performs on his job should be left to members of the public to determine. Fashola had said the Senate "messed up" with the Ministry's 2017 budget and slashed appropriations for critical infrastructural projects.
