Nigerian Oil Minister Speaks On Explosive Letter to Buhari

The Minister of State for Petroleum Resources, Ibe Kachikwu, is said to have written to President Muhammadu Buhari accusing the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation chief, Maikanti Baru, of practices that could jeopardise the government's policies aimed at repositioning the petroleum industry.
