Deputy Director of Police Reforms King'ori Mwangi found himself in a spot as he was taken to task by the National Police Service Commission to explain allegations of abuse of office during his tenure as the coast provincial police officer. As Michael Njenga reports, King'ori, who is one of the short-listed candidates for the position of deputy inspector general of police, accused some civil society activists and serving officers of sending memoranda to the commission accusing him of corruption with an intention of tarnishing his name.
