Jackson Kibor was arrested and then released, after his son accused the politician, of shooting at him, in a dispute over Mzee Kibor's farm in Ziwa. Police officers arrived at his home and ordered him to surrender to the Eldoret Police Station and followed him there. Loise Wangui reports.
