The alleged mastermind of the recent burglary at the offices of the Chief Justice has been arrested. The man handed himself to Pretoria police earlier this afternoon. This comes days after Acting Police Commissioner Khomotso Phahlane called on Nkosinathi Msimango to come forward to assist police with investigations. Two of three accused appeared in the Mamelodi Magistrate's Court on Wednesday. They face charges related to the possession of fake ID documents and unlicensed firearms. Charges against the third man were withdrawn. 15 computers containing sensitive information about judges were stolen.
