Group Wants Shooting of Protesters in Burkina Faso Probed

Evidence suggests that little or no warning was given by the military before they opened fire on unarmed protesters during last year's anti-governement rally, reports the rights group Amnesty International.

There are reports that protestors and bystanders, including children were indiscriminately beaten with batons and lashed with ropes.
