South Africa's Finance Minister Takes Revenue Service to Task
Finance Minister Pravin Gordhan has in response to a question on the existence of a South African Revenue Service High Risk Investigation Unit replied that "information could not be verified by Sars because of a lack of accountability and cooperation from its top management".
