What Buhari Said to Nigerians A Day Before Elections
In a televised address, President Muhammadu Buhari has urged Nigerians "to go out and vote", promising that there would be adequate security for Saturday's postponed election. The elections were originally fixed for February 16 but now will be held on February 23.
