Miguna Asks Rights Commission to Facilitate His Return to Kenya

Lawyer Miguna Miguna wants Kenya National Commission on Human Rights to liaise with the Attorney-General, Interior Cabinet Secretary Fred Matiang'i and the Immigration Principal Secretary Gordon Kihalangwa to return his Kenyan passport on his arrival at the airport in April. Miguna was declared "persona non-grata" by immigration authorities after two deportations to Canada following his participation in National Super Alliance leader Raila Oding's swearing-in as the "People's President" on January 30, 2018.
