Cameroon Braces for Anti-Biya Protests as Troops Deployed

Cameroon has deployed troops to quell protesters calling for the release from jail of 150 opposition party members, including their leader Maurice Kamto, who said he won the October presidential election against long-serving President Paul Biya.

Maurice Kamto opposed the country's regime, which has been in power since 1982.
