ArcelorMittal Saldanha Closure the Death of Industrial Dreams?

ArcelorMittal South Africa is looking to shut down its Saldanha Bay steel plant and retrench over 400 workers - by the first quarter of 2020. A company official has said the plant is "suffering severe financial losses and these are forecast to continue for the foreseeable future".
