UN Blames Kenya, Uganda for South Sudan Stalemate

A United Nations panel of experts has described the deployment of Ugandan troops to Yei River State as a violation of an international arms embargo, adding that Kenya has "not demonstrated sufficient political and diplomatic will to consistently support the peace process".
