Ghana's President Nana Addo Akufo-Addo has launched the "Beyond the Return, The Diaspora Dividend" initiative to follow on the successful 'Year of Return 2019' outreach to the African diaspora in the United States and worldwide. And Minister of Finance Ken Ofori-Atta announced the African Sankofa Account to to raise $3 billion in investment from people of African descent living outside Africa.
