Nigeria to Use Recovered Abacha's Loot for Road Projects

The government has approved the signing of an agreement with the Island of Jersey and the U.S. for the return of U.S.$321 million stolen by former military head of state, Sani Abacha. The funds will be used to complete the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway, the Abuja-Kano link and the Second Niger Bridge.
