'Fulani Killings in Burkina Faso Could Be a War Crime'
The Sahel Director at Human Rights Watch, Corinne Dufka, has warned that "the Burkinabé security forces alleged execution of 31 men, in a brutal mockery of a counterterrorism operation, may amount to a war crime and could fuel further atrocities".
