Africa Jumping Through Hoops In Basketball Love Affair!

Basketball in Africa has grown in the past number of years with national basketball federations and leagues in various African countries working to improve the organisation and competitiveness of the sport at domestic level. This has seen the organising of leagues, tournaments, and youth development programmes.

Now the National Basketball Association (NBA) of the U.S. has announced that the league established a new subsidiary in Kenya, with an office located in Westlands, Nairobi, reports Capital FM.

The new office marks the NBA Africa's fifth office on the continent, joining Cairo, Dakar, Johannesburg and Lagos.
