Mugabe’s Son Fined R600k and Deported; Co-Accused Jailed

Bellarmine Mugabe, the youngest son of Zimbabwe's former leader, Robert Mugabe, has been fined R600,000 and deported. His co-accused, Tobias Matonhodze, has been jailed for three years for the shooting incident in Johannesburg, South Africa. Matonhodze will be deported after serving his sentence.

Police have found bullet cartridges, but no firearm, on the Hyde Park property where the shooting took place. 

Sipho Mahlangu, the security guard who was injured during the incident, has already been compensated R250,000 and is yet to be paid a further R150,000.
