Death Toll Rises in Drone Attack On Wedding Procession In Sudan

The death toll from a drone strike reportedly carried out by the Sudanese Armed Forces (SAF) has risen to 58 civilians, including 17 children, according to a local emergency group. The strike hit a wedding procession near a school, leaving dozens more with injuries of varying severity.

Eyewitnesses report that 37 victims, including women and children, have already been buried. As bombardments continue, local markets have closed, and movement throughout the city has come to standstill.
