Although internet access across Africa remains limited and slow, the continent’s newspapers are being warned that unless they learn how to exploit the web they will struggle to survive in the future. AMM talks to Eric Chinje, head of the World Bank Institute’s Global Media Programme, about the challenges facing the African media in the age of the internet.
