KCCA Takes Over Taxi Park Management

Uganda Taxi Operators and Drivers Association(UTODA) has threatened to appeal the court decision that effectively denied it the right to manage the parks.
The High Court in Kampala dismissed the case on technical grounds a move that saw the Kampala Capital City Authority take over the management of the various parks initially under the charge of UTODA immediately.
