Government has declared South Western Uganda a trouble spot saying militias from the Democratic Republic of Congo are committing atrocities like rape and assault forcing hundreds of congolese to run to Uganda. Now State Minister for Disaster Preparedness Musa Ecweru says Government is concerned over the increasing numbers of refugees running away from post election clashes in the DRC.
