Lubanga Verdict to be Delivered in The Hague

The International Criminal court is about to deliver its first verdict, almost a decade since it launched. On Wednesday, the court will pass judgement on the Congolese militia leader Thomas Lubanga. Detained six years ago, he faces two charges of war crimes. Al Jazeera's Tim Friend reports from the Hague.
