High Court Dismisses Hlaudi Motsoeneng Appointment at SABC

The High Court in Cape Town has set aside the appointment of Hlaudi Motsoeneng as the Group Executive of Corporate Affairs. The court has ruled his appointment was invalid, unlawful and irrational.
