People Opposing Abuse (POWA) is a women's rights organisation that provides services, and advocacy in order to ensure that women's rights are brought to the fore in order to improve women's quality of life. Now victims of gender-based violence can now have immediate access with a new App launched by POWA. Through the use of an, app users will be connected to the department of social development command centre to establish the location of the victims.
