Ugandan Ministers Granted Bail over CHOGM

Three Ministers who voluntarily stepped out of office were granted bail, after being charged in connection with misappropriation of funds meant for the preparation of the Commonwealth Heads of Governments Meetings (CHOGM) in 2007.
