    Is this for real , that a colonel in the Nigerian army is under arest for breach of traffic laws of the State he live in ? That is unheard of in the country's history. Does this give hope that someday , billions of the nations money looted to foreign banks by Senators , Senior Public Officials, Serving and Retired Military Officials will find their way back to our national treasury to help in our developement efforts ?
