Kenyan Leaders in Blame Game Over Ethnic Massacres

Local officials have been pointing fingers at each other after the deployment of security forces to the Tana River area failed to stop a revenge attack that left 13 people dead only two weeks after a massacre in the same region claimed 53 lives.
