Prime Minister-Elect Dismissed by Libyan Parliament

Parliament has passed a vote of no confidence in Mustafa Abu Shagur after his second attempt to win approval for an "emergency government" consisting of only 10 ministries.

Libya's new elected Prime Minister Mustafa Abu Shagur, seen on September 27, is expected to name a government, an uphill task of balancing regional and political interests while also tackling multiple security issues.
