President Jonathan's non inclusion of Environment as a major sector for budgetary allocation is a big mistake.The question Mr. President should answer is "Are floods and flooding an Engineering or Environmental Problem? Answers to this question will help our president to address the causes rather than the symptoms
is it only cassava and rice we need in this country? is it only private sectors can run the affairs of agriculture,. what do you prepare for freshly graduating as well as old graduate of agriculture over this budget. am sorry as small as i am i can think better than this president, shame!
