Majority of Uganda's Graduate Schools Unaccredited

The National Council for Higher Education's chair, Abdu Kasozi, has warned that several universities are offering masters and doctorate degrees when they are not qualified to do so. Out of 32 universities, only 13 are chartered and qualified to offer graduate degrees.
