To avoid more kids in Uganda especially Gulu kids from coming on the street, we should rise up and begin supporting our children to recover from conflicts and loss of their parents.

Three (3) key important areas need to be improved; 1- Broken families need to be restored, 2- Marriages be considered a Permanent long-life committeemen, 3- Strong lessons and teachings on PROPER & EFFECTIVE PARENTING should be conducted to young/new parents.

To those kids already on the streets, every individuals should begin taking responsibility of these children little by little one at the time, but lawfully and sacrificially. Let's do Biblical principle of God in Deuteronomy 22:1-4 ( ".... If you see your Neighbor's Ox or Sheep or Goat wandering away, don't ignore your responsibility. Take it back to its owner. 2 If its owner does not live nearby or you do not know who the owner is, take it to your place and keep it until the owner comes looking for it. Then you must return it. 3 Do the same if you find your neighbor's Donkey, Clothing, or any thing else your neighbor loses. Don't ignore your responsibility. 4"If you see that your neighbor's Donkey or Ox collapsed on the road, do not look the other way. Go and help your neighbor get it back on its feet!)

My message to everyone in Africa or living in Uganda (Gulu) is; Let us not ignore our responsibilities. Let us not wait for some to come from afar to help these Street Kids. We can do it our selves. We can start with any small thing we have like; clothing, feeding, inviting them into our house, treating them when they are sick, sending them to schools, and so on.
