Transition Team Outlines 'Swift Steps' for Nigeria President

The transition committee appointed by President Muhammadu Buhari has outlined a list  decisions the new President should take to create immediate impact, reduce government liability, increase revenue and stabilise the polity, according to Premium Times, which obtained a copy of the report. One key recommendation is splitting the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation into two entities.
