South African Study Finds Afrikaner Women 'Faithful'

According to Professor Jaco Greeff and Christoff Erasmus from the University of Pretoria, research into 23 common Afrikaans surnames suggests that, over the course of 300 years, Afrikaner women rarely committed adultery.

Professors Greeff and Erasmus were assisted by a team of genealogists to find living descendants of the 23 families; 199 volunteers participated in the study (file photo).
