President Uhuru Kenyatta focused on the Jubilee Coalition's fulfilment of its manifesto as he made the last State of the Nation address before the August polls, and while opposition leaders said the speech failed to meet Kenyans expectations on the government's scorecard, those from Jubilee said it was one of the best by their leader.
