Upsurge in Violence Raises Fears of Election Bloodshed - Report

A national security report tabled in President Uhuru Kenyatta's recent State of the Nation address says the heightened political temperature ahead of the 2017 elections has seen "the resurgence of criminal gangs, political goons and militias."
