Judge Explains Why Judiciary Did Not Disqualify Buhari in 2015
The Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Ndhai Auta, has said that the court resisted attempts to prevent President Muhammadu Buhari from contesting the 2015 general elections. Auta dislosed that the court stood firm by insisting that every candidate must be allowed to test his or her popularity.
