IMF Cautions Kenya to Contain Rising Debt

International Monetary Fund's Kenyan representative Jan Mikkelsen says while the economy proved to be "resilient to drought and a prolonged election period this year", the rising public debt needs to be "checked" to "avoid any shocks" to the economy in the future.
