The Hate Speech Case Against John Qwelane is Back in Court

The hate speech case against former news columnist and ambassador John Qwelane is back in court. The Equality Court found him guilty of hate speech in 2011 following his earlier article denouncing homosexuality. The matter was later dropped due to a technicality. But GLBTI community wants a public apology and damages from Qwelane.
