SABC Wants Former Broadcasting Heads to Pay 90% of #SABC8 Legal Costs

The SABC has told the Labour Court in Johannesburg that it's only prepared to pay up to 10% of the legal costs of the SABC 8 case. The public broadcaster was answering to trade unions Solidarity and Bemawu's case that it should share punitive costs with former COO Hlaudi Motsoeneng and former News Group Executive Simon Tebele.
