People Power leader Robert Kyagulanyi popularly known as Bobi Wine had to hold his meeting at his home after top hotels in Kampala "refused" to host his event where he officially announced his presidential bid in the 2021 elections. Wine is positioning himself to challenge the 74-year-old Yoweri Museveni who has been the President of Uganda since 1986.
