Separatist Fighting, COVID-19 Overshadow Cameroon's National Day

President Paul Biya spoke publicly for the first time since the outbreak of the novel coronavirus pandemic. He made a televised address to mark the country's national day overshadowed by restrictions and ongoing clashes between the military and anglophone separatists.
