U.S. Moves to Seize Ex-Gambia Leader Jammeh's Mansion
The U.S. Department of Justice says the mansion is of 281 known properties registered in Yayha Jammeh's name or in which he holds shares. It was purchased through a trust set up in his daughter's name, Mariam, using millions embezzled from public funds and business bribes, according to the complaint.
