At least 3.6 million people are at risk of hunger at a time the country is fighting the Covid-19 pandemic while Kenya Airways pilots are seeking the intervention of President Uhuru Kenyatta to save their jobs as the struggling national carrier has started sending workers home to limit losses stemming from the pandemic.
